Baby Boot Camp

Stroller-based fitness program creating a FUN & unique mom group for soon to be and current mommies to Bring Your Baby and Get Fit. It is designed specifically to help moms regain or enhance their pre-pregnancy fitness levels as well as prenatal moms in the preparation of meeting the physical challenges of parenting, labor and delivery. It takes the place of a personal trainer at the time in your life when you need it the most, in a supportive environment. Strollfit classes combine strength training intervals with cardiovascular drills. Strollers, resistance tubing and your child all play a vital role in the over all full body workout. The classes emphasize strength and stability while offering personalized fitness throughout the class.

Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. Pregnant moms must receive written clearance from their physician twice during their pregnancy.

Other programs available depending location: Core9 Birth Recovery & Diastasis Repair, Strollga, 5K & Half Marathon Training, Nutrition Solutions, Restore the Core & Karna Fitness.

Hard Exercise Works

Every workout-of-the-day (WOD) is planned with 30+ years of experience in group exercise design. No more having to think about what “routine” you’re going to do while driving to the gym. Our metabolically potent cocktail of tire flips, rope climbs, pull ups, kettlebell swings, sled drags, and clean & jerks are just a few of the hundreds of exercises you’ll do at HEW®. Your first workout is always free, so come see for yourself why thousands of Americans are calling themselves HEWmans! (An unsupervised but visible child play area is provided.)

TimeCrunch is a local group of personal trainers specifically motivated to help women and moms. TimeCrunch has partnered with some of your favorite local vendors to put on a weight loss challenge that will get everyone inspired! All participants will receive 8 weeks of unlimited BootCamp, nutrition workshop, meal planning workshop, 8 weeks meal plan 1 one on one session with a personal trainer and a mystery gift. Winner of challenge will receive a total makeover via our local vendors!

Our members are from all over Lake County, Mount Dora, Umatilla, Clermont, Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg and more. Everyone belongs here. Whether you’ve never run a race or are training for your 5th marathon…join us!
