EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival runs now through November 18, 2023! So there is plenty of time for you and your family to enjoy this amazing festival to the fullest.  The festival can feel overwhelming, so we have you covered on all the things to do and see!

Food and Wine Festival is a great way to spend date night, but it is very family friendly! So, grab a festival passport and enjoy! Festival Passports are available at both park entrances and they have the menu for each booth listed as well as the passport page for stamps to track your progress in Emile’s Formage Montage.

Emile’s Formage Montage is a trip around the world full of cheeses in new and fun ways. New items that count toward this passport completion will be released as the festival goes on! Highlights for me from this year to complete Emile’s Formage Montage are the smoked corned beef, curry-spiced crispy cheese, griddled cheese and the passion fruit cheesecake. Once you purchase 5 items from this list, you can get your reward from Simmering Sips (the booth located by Port of Entry)! The delicious treat is not available for purchase (only available when you complete your passport) and you get to keep the cute cup!

On the topic of food, it is important to note that ALL of the allergen warnings for festival food items can now be found in the My Disney Experience App! Scroll down on the home page until you get to EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, click on “Learn More” and then click on “View Allergy Friendly Menus” to see all of the allergen warnings for the festival. Also, still be sure to mention to the cast members when you are ordering about your allergy and if you are asking for items to be taken off for allergy or preference purposes. Disney dining cast members are well trained about how to deal with your party’s allergies.

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak is a fun way for the kids to be engaged in the festival. Guests can purchase a map at Disney Traders, Port of Entry, Creations Shop, World Traveler at International Gateway and Festival Merchandise Kiosks for $9.99. Families go from country to country searching for the object Remy is hidden with along the promenade and place the associated sticker on the map of World Showcase. At the end you turn in your completed map to the designated store and get a little prize. This year’s prize is a lunchbox in various themed patterns!

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series takes place at America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion. Daily shows happen at 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:00 PM. Plain White T’s, 98 Degrees, Boys II Men, Smash Mouth, Ruben Studdard with Haley Reinhart, Joey Fatone & Friends… the list goes on, and the bands NEVER disappoint. Eat to the Beat Dining Packages are a fun addition to a date night. By eating a select restaurants around World Showcase, you can guarantee your admission to that night’s concert.

Frequently Asked Questions about EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival:

What does the festival cost?

Admission to the festival is included in your admission to EPCOT, however you do have to purchase the food and drink. So if you are an annual pass holder, your only expense will be the items you choose to sample. There are often times specific dates that you can use your annual pass food discount, so be sure you check your email for that announcement. If you are not an annual passholder, you will need to purchase a ticket for everyone in your family over the age of 3 to go to the festival. If you’re a local, keep your eyes out for any Florida resident discount deals that Disney is running to get the best deal on admission. Weekend days tend to be more expensive than weekdays and dates around holidays are also more expensive. If you take a look at the menu ahead of time to see what food you want to try, I think you could squeeze everything into one long day if your goal to keep cost as low as possible.

What is the best route to take?

Festival booths open at 11AM, so if you are in World Showcase at that time I don’t think it matters where you start. Plan out what foods you want to try and start in whatever direction you typically take around World Showcase. We always start off by Mexico, so we started at the India booth most recently. With over 30 booths, I don’t think you can go around World Showcase wrong with this festival going on!

What are my recommendations for the best food?

I will preface this with the fact that I am a vegetarian, but my husband eats meat. Any meat recommendations on this list come from him!

Connections Cafe/Connections Eatery: Remy Liege Waffle

Flavors from Fire: Smoked Corn Beef

The Fry Basket: Adobo Yuca Fries

Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey: Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders

India: Curry-spiced crispy cheese & Potato and pea samosa

The Alps: Both Raclette cheese options

Greece: Griddled Cheese

Canada: Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup & Canadian Filet Mignon

Hawai’i (Opening August 15): Passion fruit cheesecake

What new/crazy items are available to try?

Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey: Pickle Milkshake – My husband and oldest daughter loved this one, while my youngest and I were not fans. It’s the “it” item this year and for $5.50, it’s a fun little treat. I’ve heard it pairs nicely with the really spicy wings available at Brew-Wing Lab and my husband liked it with the impossible buffalo chicken tenders.
