Photo Editing with Apps

Here’s tool that I use almost every single day. Even though I have a Digital Single-Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera at home, I only pick it up about once or twice a month. My day-to-day photo capturing happens with the device that is with me all the time: my iPhone 5. I have the chance to capture instant moments and not only that, but the quality is exceptional.

What is best is that nowadays, we have the ability to buy phone apps to enhance those pictures. We can conveniently and quickly edit these photos right from our phone instead of bringing them into a photo editing software at our home computers.

I have tried a couple of apps for this, and although many of them offer great features, only one has offered me the best results. This app is called Pic, Tap, Go!

The process is very simple. I just pic a photo, tap for a filter (or 2 or 3) and save it. Boom. Done. You get a live preview of what you are editing, so you get an instant result and there is no guessing of what it will look like. If I don’t like it, I undo and select another filter that I like. Is that simple!

I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Below each of the photos I mention the name(s) and filter(s) I used to achieve these results.

Isn’t it amazing? Again, all of these photos were taken with my iPhone and edited using Pic, Tap, Go!.  Then I share them with our family and friends. I love the results I get just by mixing up the filters. It brings out the colors and features that sometimes my phone camera will not.

How about you? How do you edit your photos?

I usually use Afterlight, but I’m going to have to try Pic, Tap, Go! Thanks for the suggestion.
