McDonalds and their Wholesome Options

These items were provided to me by McDonald’s to give out how I see fit. McDonald’s also provided me the link about their Favorites Under 400 menu.

Is eating better one of your New Year’s resolutions? It’s one of mine! What would you say if I told you that McDonald’s is one of my new go-to restaurants for wholesome options? McDonald’s?! Seriously!

These past few months I’ve challenged myself to finally shed some pounds, and I’m excited to say that I’m already 20 pounds down! Did you know that McDonald’s® restaurants offer over 30 items that have under 400 calories? Take a quick glance at the Favorites Under 400 menu to help you make balanced choices for you and your family! My personal favorite is their Fruit & Maple Oatmeal!

    Good information to know! I have avoided Mickey Ds for awhile outside their coffee for being “bad” for me. Good to know it’s getting healthier!

    This blogs brings a lot of great news and ideas. Its good to know Mickey D’s is working on providing a healthier meal.
